Decorating tips:Firstly, you will need to prepare the flowers and leaves. The orchids are piped using a star nozzle in light purple icing. Pipe the flowers onto wax paper. Using dark purple icing, pipe a dot at the bottom of each flower and finally pipe two tiny dots of yellow icing on each dark purple dot.As for the leaves, use a leaf nozzle and pipe long leaves on wax paper. Leave them aside to set. Once the flowers and leaves are set, peel of the wax paper. On the day you assemble the cake, cover your cake with fondant. Using royal icing, attach the leaves and flowers onto the cake according to your preference.
