HI there

Ive recently taken baking as a proffession,I have no training what so ever but I have sold more than 10 birthday cakes and numbers are raising daily.

I know how to ice the cake with butter icing, but I would like to know how to ice it with the heavier icings so I can move to wedding cakes.
