Decorating tips:
This small two tiered cake was iced in robin's egg blue, and real chocolate-colored satin ribbon encircled the base of each tier. Above the ribbon I did some freehand scrollwork in chocolate fudge buttercream. Topping things off was a carefully arranged stack of assorted truffle chocolates!
