Cupcake decorationAn important aspect of making cupcakes is the cupcake decoration. Throughout the many years that I have been baking and decorating cakes (both cupcakes and normal cakes), I realized that roses are one of the most preferred cupcake and cake designs.
Instead of making large, full petal roses, this cupcake designs use 3 rose buds on each cupcake. To secure the flower well on the cupcakes, make a small hole in the centre of the cupcakes and arrange the roses in. Next, using green royal icing, pipe some leaves for the roses, filling up the gaps between the three flowers.
