The pink flowers on the cupcakes can be made a few days ahead. Having prepared the flowers, assembling the cupcakes is quite a breeze. Simply cover the top of each cupcake with the icing or frosting of choice ( I used royal icing here) and top each cake with a pink drop flower. Pipe a green leaf and the cupcakes are ready.
